Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you need an interpreter, tell our reception team when you book.

For an after-hours home visit, call the National Home Doctor Service on 13 SICK (13 74 25).
Walk-ins
We can only see you without a booking if there's a spare appointment at the time. Blood tests at QML don't need a booking.
Our Allied Health Team
They see patients here, next door to your GP. Book with them by phone.

Fees and Billing
We bulk bill all GP non-procedural consultations for patients with a current Medicare card. Some GP procedures and Medicals (eg Pre-employment Medicals, commercial driver's licence medicals) have an out-of-pocket fee.

Call us to book Skin Checks, Childhood Immunisation, Travel Vaccinations, Pre-employment Medicals, WorkCover, Chronic and Complex Care and Telehealth. Procedures and Allied Health appointments are booked by phone too.
I'm a new patient. What should I do before I come?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment so we can set up your new medical file.
Can I have an interpreter?
If you need an interpreter, tell our reception team when you book. Some of our doctors also speak a language other than English.
