Wait times
We are committed to keeping waiting times to an absolute minimum, wherever possible. Our GPs provide a thorough service for all patients and sometimes urgent matters need to be resolved at that time.
We will advise you on any wait times when you arrive for your appointment, though please feel free to ask upon arrival if there is much of a wait time.
You can also phone us prior to your appointment time and ask if your doctor is running on time.
Seeing a doctor quickly when you need to
We try not to turn patients away and will accept “walk in’s” wherever we are able, without making the doctors run behind.
We will always offer you the next available appointment with your preferred GP and/or another GP. We can also put you on a cancellation list, where if a patient cancels we can call you to offer you that appointment.
Please know, you can book numerous future appointments to ensure you don’t miss out on seeing your GP when you need to.
